Payment Method
All payments must be made via debit or credit card. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
First Payment
Your first payment is due on the day of installation. Our technician will confirm successful installation before processing your initial payment.

What areas do you service?

What's included in the repair coverage?
Every repair on a rental machine is free for as long as you rent — parts and labor included. If your appliance cannot be repaired quickly, we'll swap it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
How long are the rental agreements?
Rentals run on a 6-month minimum commitment. After six months it's month-to-month — keep renting as long as you want, or schedule a pickup and you're done. No payoff, no penalty.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly.
What happens if I need to move?
If you're moving within our service area, we can relocate your appliances to your new address for a small fee. If you're moving outside our service area, you can return the appliances with no penalty.
